Neighbourhood Watch Ku-ring-gai & Hornsby suggests a few options, including the use of Neighbourhood Watch stickers for use on a garbage bin, or alternatively on a (smooth) fence. This can be an extra deterrent to criminals.
We have a limited supply of Garbage Bin stickers. They are best used as a warning on bins that are always visible from the street (preferably not on bins that only go out once a week). A great deterrent near known malicious damage sites, for example, outside small businesses. The Garbage Bin stickers are approximately 240 x 420mm. Actual design may vary.
